All of the rooms have a queen sized bed and writing desk. Each room has a comfortable queen sized bed, desk, drawer, luggage rack and hangers.
We have three shared washrooms, and provide fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers.
Full payment is required upon check in. A credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, email transfer, wire transfer, cash and debit / Interac.

Suite 1 is a spacious and lovely ground-floor room facing eclectic Baldwin Street and the front terrace. This room has large bay windows to bring in plenty of natural light.

The rooms and the daily room rates effective January 1, 2019 are listed below. Please inquire about our current rates. The daily rates are based on one person per room. There is a maximum of 2 persons per room (with some exceptions). An additional $15 plus tax will apply to the second occupant. Light breakfast service is provided between January 1 and March 31. Premium breakfast service with eggs is included, starting on April 1.
