All of the rooms have a queen sized bed and writing desk. The private washrooms have fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryers.
Guests have full access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, den, and deck space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware to make all your meals. Coffee and tea are also provided.
Full payment is required upon check in. A credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, email transfer, wire transfer, cash and debit / Interac.

3F is a third-floor room facing pleasant Sullivan Street. This room has large clerestory windows to bring in plenty of natural light. You will enjoy this comfortable and spacious room with high-vaulted ceilings and a private and luxurious washroom that overlooks the living room and garden.

LL is a lower-floor room facing pleasant Sullivan Street. This oversized room has large bay windows to bring in plenty of natural light.
